A new line between Pula and Split is being introduced, all times a week, on Mondays and Fridays, The existing line from Rijeka to Split and Dubrovnik will go 2 times a week instead of last year’s one rotation per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The line from Zagreb to Osijek will go in total 6 times a week, which is once a week more than last year, but will be connected 3 days a week, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, twice a day.The continuation of domestic scheduled air services is part of the Program for the Preservation of Transport Connections in Domestic scheduled air traffic, which is of national importance. The concept of public service obligation (Public Service Obligation – PSO) is regulated by Croatian regulations in accordance with EU regulations, with the purpose of improving the economic and social development of the region served by the airport, and enabling traffic on routes between airports serving the isolated region or region in development and lines with low traffic, and of importance to the region.
